5. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT BE WITHIN THE CUSTOMER'S CARD?
When you buy a product on fabrek.dk, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order will not be accepted until we have double-checked that the desired product is in stock. After this you will receive a final order on the shipment confirmation. This raises the money at the customer when the item is shipped.
6. HOW IS THE GOODS SHIPPED?
Products purchased on fabrek.dk can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If you want to return an item, tell us within 7 days of receiving the item and send an e-mail with the text "RETURN" and your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why. The right of withdrawal is canceled if you use the product in a way that clearly reduces the sales value. The item must be returned unused and in the same condition as when they received the item. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and must therefore cover the return costs if the item is damaged. If the item is damaged or lost during shipment, you can be held liable. In this case, it is your own responsibility to document the return. Once the item has been received in good condition with us, your sum of money will be refunded to the buyer's account. Remember to write your order number as well as reg and account on a note in the package.
Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are always borne by you as the buyer. If you wish to exchange for another item, the new order / item will be sent to you free of charge. However, this does not apply to the exchange of sale items.

7. PICK UP AND REPLACE
It is possible for all our customers to exchange and pick up their webshop order in our store.

at www.fabrek.dk it is possible to buy gift cards that can be used in our online as well as in our physical store. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with gift cards that you can print. The gift card is valid for three years after the date of purchase.
* Note if you have received a gift purchased on fabrek.dk and want and return the item, we can only exchange it for another product with the same value in our physical store. If you want a refund, please be aware that the cost of the item will be returned to the buyer's account. Items purchased in our physical stores can only be refunded for other items within 14 days of purchase.
We do not give money refunds on items purchased in our physical stores.
The goods are insured during transit and we ask you to check the contents of the package upon receipt. If the package and / or the contents are damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so that we can recover the cost of the item.
In the event of damaged goods / complaints: Send us an email to email@example.com - you will then receive a link to create a complaint.
Fabrek is responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment. We will please replace the item or return cost for the item if it is no longer in stock. When we hear from you, we try to track your package. If it is not tracked within 14 days, we will send a new package at no cost.

We strive to respond as soon as possible and preferably within 24 hours. FABREK acts in accordance with the guidelines and laws laid down in the Danish Consumer Agency. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules of the Act on the Sale of Goods. You therefore also have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
